v1.0.1 — Documentation, citation metadata, and redesigned site

What's new

This release doesn't change the keyboard layout itself — IAST.bundle is
identical to v1.0.0. It adds proper documentation and citation support.

  with an interactive keyboard diagram
• Restructured README.md with a clearer overview, installation guide, and
  collapsible reference tables
• Static SVG illustrations of both keyboard states (⌥ and ⌥ + ⇧) in
  assets/
• CITATION.cff for proper academic/software citation, including ORCID
  metadata

• IAST.bundle keyboard layout — no functional changes since v1.0.0
