v1.0.0 — Nuxt support

auto-skeleton-vue now works in Nuxt 3.10+ and Nuxt 4, and the API is stable. No breaking changes: existing Vue apps upgrade without code changes.

Nuxt module

• <AutoSkeleton>, <SkeletonCanvas>, useAutoSkeleton and useAutoSkeletonConfig are auto-imported, and the stylesheet is included.
• Options are typed in nuxt.config and can be overridden per environment with NUXT_PUBLIC_AUTO_SKELETON_* variables.
• nuxtApp.$autoSkeleton exposes the config, e.g. for a custom store or clearing the cache on logout.

Server-side rendering

• SSR is now supported and tested: both the content and the loading state render on the server and hydrate without mismatches.
• The injection key is now Symbol.for('auto-skeleton'), and the server no longer shares a fallback config between requests.
