feat: add quiet mode to suppress output

- Added `--quiet` option to CLI for suppressing output except the final commit message.
- Integrated quiet mode with `config.Config` to control verbosity across modules.
- Updated `pyproject.toml` to include `pydantic-settings` dependency.
