Documentation links fixed — The README links to docs/configuration.md and the other reference pages were broken in 1.8.6 because the docs/ folder wasn't copied to the published repo. The folder is now included.

Integration name consistent across HACS and HA — HACS now shows the integration as "Environment Canada Weather" instead of "EC Weather", matching what Home Assistant displays after install.
