Original Go community server source release.

Verification

Before running the binary, read README.md, SERVER.md, RELEASE.md, DISTRIBUTION.md, LICENSE, and NOTICE. Supply runtime configuration, certificates, and account storage separately. Never place production secrets in the package.

HOC Community Server Community Source License 1.0. Free non-commercial use, forks, modifications, and community operation are permitted with attribution and same-license obligations. Sale, paid access, paid hosting/SaaS, and other commercial use require written permission.
