when updating to omarchy 3.1.7 mise breaks

What's wrong?

I have node 24.11 installed through nvm but it doesn't it detect that and my system will break if I delete node 25.1

Omarchy uses mise, which is like nvm but supports any language (Ruby, Rust, Go, Node, etc.).
Install Node with “mise use node@25 -g” or disable mise in your .bashrc.

But you might run into issues with other Omarchy scripts if you replace mise with nvm. I recommend that you move to mise.

Just run mise install that should install the missing node version

It's not because omarchy update, but because there was a new LTS release of node.
By default this is used https://github.com/basecamp/omarchy/blob/8350b84eee10601efce64efef6fe044f03bfcd32/bin/omarchy-install-dev-env#L44
