What's wrong?

After completing a fresh installation of Omarchy, the system fails to boot into the operating system. On startup, the UEFI/BIOS boot menu shows only a single entry — EFI fallback — and selecting it results in a boot failure with no OS loaded.
"EFI fallback" contains:
protocol: efi
path: boot():/EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.EFI

Sounds like maybe you have secure boot turned on or something like that?

No, SecureBoot and TPM are disabled.
Also I noticed new issues during fresh attempt:
/home/user/.local/share/omarchy/install/post-install/finished.sh: line 9: tte: command not found
/home/user/.local/share/omarchy/install/post-install/finished.sh: line 4: tte: command not found

And infinite errors then after reboot:
[ $somenumbers] SQUASHFS error: Failed to read block 0x3bd1f112: -5

My working theory is that my ISO file is corrupted and has gone rogue. Is there a checksum for a known-good ISO image so I can verify it? Also, are there alternative download methods besides the plain HTTP?

I have found ISO with previous version and everything goes well.

I think Omarchy team should double check latest iso integrity.
