SSEmaphore 0.1.0 is a source release of the bounded, cancellation-aware admission gateway for one fixed Chat Completions-compatible upstream.

Claim boundary
The evidence uses synthetic numeric-loopback workloads. It establishes the recorded request counts, dispatch order, protocol boundaries, and shutdown behavior only. It is not a throughput, latency, RSS, overhead, fairness-score, service-share, production-security, or multi-seed benchmark claim. Telemetry, lifecycle journaling, and restart reconciliation are not implemented.
No prebuilt binary is attached. GitHub provides the source archive for the reviewed Go module commit.
