Note for users upgrading from versions ≤ 0.2.2:

You may encounter the following CocoaPods error:

CocoaPods could not find compatible versions for pod "PolarBleSdk":
  In snapshot (Podfile.lock):
    PolarBleSdk (= 5.9.0, ~> 5.9.0)
  In Podfile:
    PolarBridge (from `../node_modules/react-native-polar-bridge`) was resolved to 0.2.3, which depends on
      PolarBleSdk (~> 6.4.0)

To resolve this issue, run the following commands inside the ios folder:

rm -rf Pods
rm Podfile.lock
pod install
