馃敡 Critical Fix for CLAUDE.md Merge System

This patch release fixes critical installer functionality for proper CLAUDE.md file handling across all 4 distinct CLAUDE.md files in the APM ecosystem.

What's Fixed

CLAUDE.md Merge System

  • Fixed merge_apm_section() function - APM content now properly merges into user's root CLAUDE.md
  • Fixed content preservation - User content after APM sections no longer lost during updates
  • Enhanced installer Step 10 - Always replaces .apm/CLAUDE.md while safely merging root CLAUDE.md
  • Added template.claude.md - Proper APM section template with merge tag boundaries
  • Complete 4-file support - All CLAUDE.md file types now handled correctly

Technical Improvements

  • Template System: Enhanced template.claude.md with proper <BEGIN-APM-CLAUDE-MERGE> boundaries
  • Content Safety: Fixed sed command that was losing content after APM merge tags
  • Installation Reliability: User's root CLAUDE.md customizations fully preserved during APM updates

Distribution Package

  • 216 templates ready for deployment
  • 288 total files in distribution
  • Complete parallel-sprint system from v2.4.0 included

Installation
