APM Framework v4.0.0 - Documentation Installation Fixed!

🔥 CRITICAL FIX

Documentation Now Installs Correctly

The Problem: Documentation was inside the SKIP_COPY block, so it was never installed when using curl installation method.

The Fix: Moved documentation installation OUTSIDE the conditional block - it now ALWAYS installs regardless of installation method.

Result: Users now get the complete directory with 83+ documentation files!

Installation

Interactive Mode

Verification

After installation, check that documentation exists:

ls -la .apm/documentation/

You should see 10+ documentation directories with comprehensive guides!
