DSH v0.1.1-rc.2 Accessibility Candidate 4

This accessibility candidate completes the core Web screen-reader and keyboard pass.

Highlights:

• Native landmarks, labels, dialog focus management, menus, radio groups, tabs, lists, trees, status regions, and composer semantics.
• Expandable tool, reasoning, context, command, and workflow rows use native disclosure controls with stable spoken names; nested file actions remain independently operable.
• Keyboard navigation and visible focus behavior are covered across navigation, settings, sessions, conversation controls, and disclosures.
• New assembled Chromium axe coverage exercises empty shell, settings, tabs, settled conversations, expanded tools, open menus, and light/dark themes without disabling rules.

Immutable tag validation:

• GUI regressions passed on Ubuntu, macOS, and Windows: 283 files passed, 1 skipped; 4,009 tests passed, 4 skipped per runner.
• Production browser replay passed: 84 files and 284 tests passed; 13 conditionally skipped.
• Accessibility conformance lane reported zero axe violations.
• Typecheck, lint, official build, and the aggregate accessibility gate passed.
• Local documentation validation passed all 28 gates.
• Safari with macOS VoiceOver enabled: native accessibility tree, sequential keyboard route, settings open/close, Escape handling, and trigger focus return verified.

This is a release candidate, not a claim of cross-screen-reader certification. Human-listened spoken-output sign-off and physical Windows NVDA, JAWS, and Narrator validation remain tracked follow-up work.
