把 DeepSeek Harness 装成一个桌面应用：双击图标就能用，不用开终端、不用记命令、不用先装 Node。
它能做什么
- 开箱即用 —— 运行时已经打包在里面，装完就能开始对话。
- 插件中心 —— 在「设置 → 插件」里一键安装、卸载、配置插件，不用碰命令行。
- 模式切换 —— 对话列上方有一个模式开关：Work 在项目目录里干活，装了对应插件后还有 Chat（不用选目录直接聊）和 Code（在项目里开一个终端）。
- 原生外壳 —— 独立窗口、菜单栏、键盘快捷键、开机画面，运行时崩了会自动拉起来。
- 多项目并行 —— 侧栏按项目分组，每个会话在自己的目录里跑，互不干扰。

首次打开
两个安装包都没有购买开发者证书签名，所以系统会拦一下：
- macOS：在「应用程序」里右键点图标 → 打开 → 再点一次「打开」。之后就正常了。
- Windows：SmartScreen 弹窗上点「更多信息」→「仍要运行」。

What it does
- Works out of the box — the runtime ships inside; install and start talking.
- Plugin hub — install, remove and configure plugins from Settings → Plugins, without touching a command line.
- Mode switch — a control above the conversation: Work for working inside a project directory, plus Chat (talk without picking a directory) and Code (a terminal in the project) once those plugins are installed.
- Native shell — its own window, menu bar, keyboard shortcuts and boot screen; the runtime is restarted for you if it goes down.
- Many projects at once — the sidebar groups conversations by project, each running in its own directory.

Opening it the first time
Neither installer is signed with a paid developer certificate, so the system will stop you once:
- macOS — right-click the app in Applications → Open → Open again. It opens normally after that.
- Windows — on the SmartScreen dialog, click More info → Run anyway.
