Add Kiln as Zarr viewer

Adding Kiln to the viewer list.

Kiln is a browser-based WebGPU-native out-of-core volume renderer for large OME-Zarr datasets. It streams multi-GB datasets at interactive framerates with a fixed VRAM budget using virtual texturing and compute shader ray marching — no server, no install, just a URL.

Supported in latest version 0.2.0

• OME-Zarr v0.5, single channel, uint8/uint16

Planned

• v0.4, multichannel, and slice views

This fails as it's trying to load chunks from https://uk1s3.embassy.ebi.ac.uk/idr/zarr/v0.5/idr0051/180712_H2B_22ss_Courtney1_20180712-163837_p00_c00_preview.zarr/0/1/c/190/0/0 which looks like the shape is 3D instead of 5D: This is the correct URL, https://uk1s3.embassy.ebi.ac.uk/idr/zarr/v0.5/idr0051/180712_H2B_22ss_Courtney1_20180712-163837_p00_c00_preview.zarr/0/1/c/0/0/0/0/0 - with an offset to the chunk within that shard.
