Links opening in same page

Just installed the plugin's new version (2.1); when clicking on Facebook, Twitter or Tumblr links, they open up in the same page, replacing the actual content.
I suggest to make them open by default in a new page (changing "target" for the hyperlink), or even better add it as an option in configuration (but I'd still use "_blank" as default).
