With version 0.2 you can run RIPT also as a CLI tool, it would be useful for cron jobs and for operators who wants to scale it for multiple clusters.

RIPT also confirmed to working with SASL/PLAIN auth mechanism besides PLAINTEXT and SSL (mTLS)

RIPT tested to be working with a Kafka Cluster that has 200.000 partitions (40.000 topics) with a realistic test bed

franz-go once again proved to be best Go library as pure Kafka Client, from a bug report to get it fixed and included in a release took only a week, amazing, so kudos to them.
