用途

• 应用启动加载配置（YAML/TOML/JSON）
• 多环境覆盖（base + override）
• 热加载（部分后端）

不适用场景

• 不引入 viper（依赖太重）

设计要点

• Reset / Init / InitWith 顺序保证：先写值再标志，避免读到未初始化状态
