Fixed

• Runtime inactivity expiry now removes the persisted thread-to-ACP session mapping before disconnecting the process and deleting its workspace cache.
• Mapping-store failures leave the in-memory session available so a later expiry sweep can retry safely.

This prevents later requests from attempting to resume backend state that was intentionally expired.
