Upgrade notes

This is a drop-in CLI update. No configuration or data migration is required.

Platform note

Linux and macOS command binaries do not provide a persistent shell icon, so the TUI uses a terminal-safe logo mark. Windows builds embed the desktop logo in the executable; terminal tabs and taskbar entries may still display the terminal host's icon.
