Install

Download stfu.exe and run it. Setup takes about a minute.

This binary is not code-signed. Windows SmartScreen will warn
you: click More info then Run anyway. If you would rather not,
build it yourself — see the README, it is one command.

To clear the warning on a file you have already downloaded:

Unblock-File .\stfu.exe

What it does

Listens to a microphone and interrupts you when you yell. It
measures your own voice during setup rather than guessing a
threshold. No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted.
