New: Mobile Recovery

Pair a phone once, then recover locked folders with a QR scan instead of typing your Master Recovery Key. Desktop hosts a temporary local server on your LAN — no camera on desktop, no app install on the phone, nothing secret crosses the network. Set it up from Settings → Master Recovery → Pair Mobile Device.

Security & fixes

• Fixed a critical flaw where a folder could be unlocked with no authentication
• Original folder contents are now securely overwritten before deletion
• Fixed installer and right-click lock bugs that silently skipped recovery setup
• Consistent UI across Windows themes (dark mode text was previously invisible)
• Show/hide toggle on all password prompts, input length limits, more reliable network detection

First run

Added a consent step: you must acknowledge that losing your password, Master Recovery Key, and not pairing a phone means your data cannot be recovered by anyone.
