Incremental UI and client filter typing aligned with existing calendar event columns; relies on backend/API already returning the field from the types update.

Overview
Adds calendar event cancelled reason to Form Store search filters and the submissions table, alongside the existing calendar booking title and date/time fields.

FormStoreFilters.calendarEvent now accepts cancelledReason (regex text filter), and the table gains a Calendar Booking - Cancelled Reason column with sorting, filtering, display, and copy-to-clipboard—wired through the same calendarEvent filter object as the other booking columns. @oneblink/types is bumped to a newer git revision so FormStoreRecord.calendarEvent includes the new field.
