No functional changes. Everything that worked in 2.0.0 works identically here.

The readerkit<0.2 upper bound is removed, leaving readerkit>=0.1.0. readerkit is a sibling package in the bblocks family and releases in step with this one, so the cap bought no safety and would have blocked installs the moment readerkit's next minor landed.

The rest is tooling, invisible from the outside: ruff, ty and pre-commit configuration matching the rest of the family, dev dependencies consolidated onto PEP 735 dependency groups, and refreshed GitHub Actions and build backend versions.
