- Increased height spread tolerance: 10 → 30 blocks (mining_readiness.rs)
- Increased sync threshold: 1 → 10 blocks tolerance
- Added auto-start mining on launch when wallet configured (main.rs)

- Disabled HTTP fallback for compact blocks (P2P TCP only) (p2p/routes.rs)
- Reduced duplicate block propagation attempts
