Restores detection of meetings that reuse a meeting code created for
another event, on the redesigned Google Meet homepage.

Fixed

• Fixed meetings reusing a meeting code created for another calendar event
  (Calendar shows the "this meeting code belongs to another event" notice)
  not being detected on the redesigned Google Meet homepage: they never
  appeared in the meeting list and were never auto-joined. Their start time
  is now recovered from the card label across locales, including Korean and
  other CJK time formats. (Tauri and extension)
