Fix: Replace reload_all with targeted YAML reloads

homeassistant.reload_all was disrupting the MQTT broker connection on every pull/undo, causing Victron (and other MQTT-based) sensors to go unavailable for 1-2 minutes after each config pull.

Now uses 17 targeted reload services (automation, script, scene, input helpers, templates, etc.) which reload only YAML-based configuration without touching integration connections.

Changes

  • New _reload_yaml_config() method replaces reload_all in both pull and undo
  • Reloads run in parallel via asyncio.gather for speed
  • Individual reload failures are silently caught (domain may not be loaded)
  • Updated tests to verify targeted reloads instead of reload_all
