Decision tickets left open when the wayfinder map (#1) handed off to /to-spec. Each was deliberately parked rather than answered, so the v0 spec encodes no silent answer to any of them. They are design questions, not implementation work: each resolves into an ADR or an amendment before any code that depends on it is written.
