AIOS now keeps general project creation and small code changes separate from engineering preparation. The duplicated Project Foundation skill has moved to the independent Factory 0.1.9 method package.

  • 25 public skills; routing, skill inventory, migration guidance and native package versions agree.
  • A simple project can stay Git-free. Substantial engineering uses a sufficient selected method; Factory is optional and is not installed automatically.
  • The sidebar behaves as in 0.27.0; only its version changes.

Locked Node 22 build, 83 sidebar tests, smoke checks, seven Python checks, version validation and independent native T3 review passed. Main and release CI passed. Codex native discovery recognizes Setup, all 25 skills and the sidebar declaration. Isolated Claude 2.1.295 manifest validation and --plugin-dir discovery passed; installed Claude lifecycle and automatic instruction loading are separate, incomplete qualifications.
