Scoped release under @onlyforchris/dsh-im. Adds generic im/pre-ask routing, source/sender/message tags, Weixin notification outbox, configurable workspace/session command restriction, state persistence hardening, and fork branding. Verified: targeted tests 25/25, build and package verification, live DSH HTTP 200, and Weixin /workspace rejection. Full Windows suite: 749/766; remaining failures are Windows permission, path, symlink, and timing assertions. Install: dsh plugin --profile web add ./onlyforchris-dsh-im-0.16.5.tgz.
