Scoped release under @onlyforchris/dsh-im. Relaxes the Weixin notification outbox contract: any well-formed event type (dot/hyphen style, up to 128 chars) is now accepted instead of the hardcoded recruiting.score_ready whitelist - the type field is never consumed by the delivery path, so the whitelist only pushed new producer events into failed/. Adds Weixin outbound image sending via trusted CDN upload (AES-128-ECB, 10 MB cap) and forwards outbox media to sendNotification. Verified: full suite with Node 24 (754 pass; remaining failures are Windows-only mode 0600/symlink assertions), build + package verification, live DSH restart HTTP 200.
