How to create a survey

1. From the main screen click the "new survey" button
2. Fill in Name, Intro and Outro. Intro and outro accept html so you can beautify as much as you want.
3. Click "Create" Note: if you get "Permission denied Gather/public/stylesheets/statistician1.css" you need to give the application write access. This creates a css file for each survey so that you can customize look and feel for each survey.
4. You will now be in edit mode, by default Surveys will be Anonymous.
5. There are a few options to select from "Not Anonymous", will prompt a user for there name and email address email address is mandatory.
6. "Sections" this will lead you to the area to create "Sections" (or pages)
7. "Password Enable" allows you to set a password, after a password is enabled it can be disable the same way
8. "Delete" incinerates the survey
