v0.1.3 — Docker build support and multi-client docs

• Docker support: build the server image from the repo's Dockerfile (docker build -t labgrid-mcp .); README documents container usage including the per-user central-host pattern. Images are built by users — the project distributes only its own Apache-2.0 code.
• Client-specific setup: collapsible instructions for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and any stdio MCP client.
• Demo banner now speaks to any MCP client ("Try asking your agent").
• README: demo GIF, PyPI/Glama badges, tightened structure.
