Sirca Shell 0.7.1

• Fixed: after sirca-shell-switch off, on said the unit does not exist (the installer had linked the systemd unit,
  and systemd deletes a linked unit when it is disabled). Units are copied now, and on restores a missing one.
• update.sh restarts the shell itself, no longer re-imports the author's layout over yours, and says when a
  re-login is needed (rebuilt effect or decoration).
