First public release on npm as @yeefeiooi/htmldrop. Adds a full collaborative feedback + AI synthesis system on top of the original HTML sharing CLI.

Install

npm install -g @yeefeiooi/htmldrop

(The installed command is still htmldrop.)

Highlights

  • push --feedback — publish with an embedded annotation widget; one shareable /doc/<id> URL for reviewers and author. Re-pushing keeps the same link.
  • feedback pull / list / add / clear — manage feedback from the CLI. feedback add is the agent-facing write path (post anchored comments programmatically).
  • converge — pull all feedback → Claude → improved <file>.converged.html.
  • auth setup — author API key for feedback retrieval.
  • studio — local dashboard for reviewing feedback + AI insights.
  • Annotation widget — Stripe-inspired panel: text-selection comments, bidirectional click-to-scroll, reply threading, manual refresh.
  • Cloudflare Worker backend — anonymous submission, rate limiting, 90-day TTL, single-URL serving, self-hostable.
  • auth.md (WorkOS) protocol — discovery docs + /agent/auth with ID-JAG verification, for future cloud-agent authentication.

Notes

  • Package is scoped (@yeefeiooi/htmldrop) because the unscoped htmldrop name is owned by an unrelated account. Binary name unchanged.
  • npm package ships only bin/, src/, templates/ — Worker config and secrets are excluded.
