Update geocomplete jQuery plugin to v1.7.0

Add support for multiple fields, custom placeholder, and compatibility with the 'Custom Field' type

• Allow multiple place fields to be used in the same form (you must now supply the field idea for any address component fields)
• Honor the placeholder text entered for the Places field
• Add Google Places as a supported type for the Custom Field field type
