Add .gitignore file and initialize composer dependencies

The .gitignore file has been created to prevent unnecessary directories/files from being tracked. The composer.json and composer.lock files have been added with necessary dependencies for the media-bundle project. These modifications help set up the base for the media-bundle project, following Symfony's standards and structures. It also includes the author's details and the initial version of the project.
