Changes

• Base LMR on the move base.
• Just use > alpha for LMR research.
• Fix hash update bugs.
• move mate distance and rep check tests to pre horizon.
• Remove lone king stuff.
• Only extend at root and if depth below horizon.

Usage

Runs in a web browser (or a web worker). There is no offline/UCI-GUI support yet; Node.js support arrived in 1.13.
