Late move pruning, a pawn hash, and UCI extensions to make web UIs easier to build.

Changes

• Extend UCI position/go protocol to make web UIs easier.
• Add late move pruning.
• Rearrange things a bit.
• Untuned isolated pawns.
• Add pawn hash.
• Use ply (not whole moves) for UCI mate scores.
• Fix bug with best move sometimes being the wrong one because of a timeout.

Usage

Runs in a web browser (or a web worker). There is no offline/UCI-GUI support yet; Node.js support arrived in 1.13.
