Lozza 11.0

Lozza 11.0 is no stronger than Lozza 8.0 and the bench remains at 2002113. All changes since Lozza 8.0 have been usability improvements for web users and bug fixes that do not affect bench.

Changes

• Add stop command based on an idea from @InSys.
• Fix mate scoring bug reported by @Penguin...
• Fix multi PV.
• Fix warnings from fastchess.
• Bust up the source into separate files.
• Tidy up the repo a bit.
• Add more examples.
