Search tweaks, move generation optimisation and integer dequantisation in the evaluation. Same (768 → 256)x2 → 1 network size.

Changes

  • Move generation optimisation.
  • More beta pruning when improving.
  • Save eval in TT at root.
  • Rank queen promotions above capture-promotions in qsearch.
  • Use integer dequantisation in eval.
  • Optimise net accumulator updates.

Usage

Use lozza.js with Node.js in any UCI chess GUI (Arena, Cute Chess, etc.), or in a web page/web worker.
