What's new in automatic uploads
In repositories linked to an Opaline workspace, automatic uploads now also send a small amount of repository context with each session, so your team can see which instructions, skills and changes a session worked with.
- Sent as content (secret-filtered, at most 2 MiB per capture, unchanged files are not re-sent): repository instruction files such as
AGENTS.mdandCLAUDE.md,SKILL.mdfiles of skills used in the session, agent definitions, and the uncommitted git diff of tracked files. - Sent as path, size and hash only: all other files, including source code, package manifests, unused skills,
*.local.md, MCP configs and agent settings. - Never read:
.env*,.envrc,.dev.vars,secrets.*,*.tfvars,*.tfstate, credential files and private keys. Dependency, build and cache directories are not scanned.
Transcript uploads work exactly as before. Repositories that are not linked to a workspace are not captured.
