🧹 Decorator Cleanup: Complete deprecation of @adk_tool decorator across all 351 functions - using @strands_tool only for cleaner codebase

Technical Details

  • Removed: @adk_tool decorator from decorators.py and all 351 functions across 60 modules
  • Updated: Agent tool verifier prompt to reflect accurate decorator architecture
  • Clarified: Google ADK has no decorators - compatibility comes from function signature compliance
  • Retained: @strands_tool decorator with graceful fallback for AWS Strands Agents integration
