  • Enable in Pillar
  • Create and manage new log directory

@jpmckinney , just made my final changes to this PR: adding fail2ban integration, fixing a bug in _common.conf, and documenting this function.

Currently there is no isolation preventing users from reading other logs (e.g. corporate has access to coalition logs).
I believe only trusted users have access to the system, but if this is a feature we want then I can open a new issue to address this.
