Adds the shadcn bridge that 0.10.0 announced and did not ship. Additive: no
role, class, asset slug, or export name changes.

Added

• The shadcn bridge in roles.css. Seventeen registry color names resolve
  to OpenE2EE roles, so a generated component renders on the role layer with no
  edit. The map covers background, foreground, card, popover,
  primary, secondary, muted, destructive, border, input, and ring
  with their foreground companions.

Note

accent and accent-foreground are absent from the bridge. shadcn spells a
subtle hover ground accent, and OpenE2EE spells the brand blue accent. The
role keeps the name, because the accent is a Part I identity token and every
OpenE2EE surface already writes bg-accent for it. A registry file that wants
the shadcn meaning writes bg-ground-hover and text-text-1.
