Adds one button modifier. Purely additive: every 0.16.0 export is unchanged.

Added

  • .oe-button-strong in components.css. A modifier of .oe-button-secondary that paints the frame in the foreground instead of the control border, and changes nothing else. It is the secondary that leads among secondaries: the website's pricing table carries it on the plan that costs nothing, beside the one filled plan and two plain secondaries, so the filled control keeps the accent and the free plan still reads apart. On its own the class does nothing.
