Adds one button modifier and its type token. Purely additive: .oe-button-large steps height to --oe-control-height-lg, inline padding to --oe-button-padding-inline-lg, and type to the new --oe-button-font-size-lg (1.0625rem), for the pair of actions under a page's one heading. Changes nothing about color or weight.
