    card read MIT · Apache-2.0 where they read AGPLv3 · commercial. The
    organization card reads open source · Signal Protocol Relay where it read
    open source · commercial licensing. The SDK is dual-licensed under the MIT
    License or the Apache License 2.0, and the hosted relay is named.
  • Registered product descriptors. DESIGN.md names the two products
    Signal Protocol SDK and Signal Protocol Relay. The bare Relay
    descriptor is retired.
  • Positioning summary. DESIGN.md states the SDK license as MIT or
    Apache-2.0, at your option, and names the OpenE2EE Signal Protocol Relay as
    the hosted relay built for the SDK. The Public Sans figure example reads
    Apache-2.0.
  • README package policy. States the Apache-2.0 code license and the
    reserved brand assets instead of a stale UNLICENSED claim.
