Known issues

• Sometimes FF crashes with crash signature PK11_IsDisabled, crash might be related to ID-card authentication usage. See also https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=682839 and https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/list?signature=PK11_IsDisabled (IB-2563)
• FF cannot authenticate (error ssl_error_token_insertion_removal is returned) with ID-card to webserver when card is inserted after FF is started. See also https://opensc-project.org/opensc/ticket/376 (IB-3039)
