Host vs. Controller nomenclature

The ONI spec has specific names for different elements of the hardware in the system. Host is used to indicate the host computer. However, in the docs it is misused to refer to the PCIe Control Board. We need to do a git grep for "Host" to fix the use of this word in the docs.
