fix: update template-style documentclass references to ltc- prefix
Fix \documentclass[template]{guji} → \documentclass[template]{ltc-guji}
and similar for cn-vbook, tw-vbook across all wiki files.

Update all documentation references to use the new class naming:
- guji → ltc-guji
- guji-digital → ltc-guji-digital
- cn-vbook → ltc-cn-vbook
- tw-vbook → ltc-tw-vbook
Includes documentclass declarations and inline class name references.
